- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a minimum I will charge to do a job. I generally have a $500.00 minimum. On Christmas lights it’s $150.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a appointment to look at the project. Then I will send a official bid. Once the bid is accepted I schedule a start date. When I show up to start the project I will need a starting payment before work is started. This is for materials and some labor. Once the job is completed if the customer is home I will do a final walkthrough with them and collect the final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have college courses in construction and landscaping. I have also worked in the industry most my life.
