- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. For routine lawn maintenance, we offer competitive flat rates. For larger projects like sod installation or land leveling, we provide a detailed, line-item estimate so you know exactly where your investment is going. We are currently offering a 10% discount for first-time customers and seasonal cleanup packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. After you message us, we’ll discuss your goals and, if necessary, schedule a quick on-site visit to Eagle or the surrounding area. Once we provide a quote and you approve, we get you on the schedule. After the work is completed, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure you are 100% satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years of hands-on experience in Pacific Northwest horticulture and landscape construction. We stay up-to-date on the latest irrigation efficiency techniques and soil health practices specific to Idaho’s climate to ensure your lawn stays green through the summer heat.
