We have recently moved into the property and it has only been an easy process facilitated by their agent Kimmi. She has been quick to respond, assuring us any issue will be and has been addressed! If we hadnt sold our two businesses I would steal her away from DJW! Our home had only a handful of superficial repairs that have almost all fixed before the first week! If you are lucky enough to get Kimmi as your agent I assure you will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism that will put your mind at ease and forget this process is usually a lot more stressful!I also have worked with the maintenance department, Esteban was so kind and fixed everything we needed and even helped with repairs not on his list!! I would give these two 10 stars if I could!!

Very responsive staff. Went through the process with Kalea who was patient during a couple hiccups in the rental/lease process. She always responded to my messages and questions quickly. Their website is also nice. Just make sure you call and verify the availability of the property youre interested in (make sure it doesnt have a wait list or deposit already before submitting an application). Was in a panic to move into a new place after not renewing the lease at my old apartment so I ended up going off the property images and description rather than going to check out the property in person. The pictures taken were accurate and the apartment was just as pictured/described. The apartment we got into is very nice and I appreciate it being smoke-free as many properties advertised as such dont enforce this rule whatsoever.
