Christopher was running late for our appt, ( which was fine) but sent me proper and fast communication regarding his eta. I really appreciated that aspect . He replaced my water heater efficiently and answered all of my questions . I received a few estimates and his price was very fair and below other estimates. I highly recommend his services and will use him again.
