- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the services provided, as well as on client needs. I am happy to discuss pricing in detail and customize services to work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for each woman or company I work with begins with a simple conversation. My priority is understanding your needs, what problems you would like to solve, and what your ideal future state would be. No pressure, no gimmicks. My desire is to partner with you to achieve your goals and help you succeed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a published author and speaker who has been helping women achieve their goals for over 17 years and has served in a variety of leadership and mentoring roles in corporate, non-profit and ministry organizations. I hold an MBA and am a vetted member of the Professional Coaching Association. I've also had the fun opportunity to appear on radio and TV and have my work published in various publications. My background in leadership and marketing/communications helps me in my coaching practice and I love coming alongside women to equip them in these areas. I began my career at Hewlett-Packard then stepped out into my dream of becoming an author, eventually writing several books. I've also worked with aspiring writers to help them find their voice and reach their writing goals. One of my favorite leadership roles was serving as the Director of Communications for a non-profit that rescued girls out of trafficking. I also enjoyed working at a marketing firm in California and teaching Effective Team Dynamics and Human Resources as the college level in Boise, ID. I recently co-founded LIFT: Live Inspired, Fearless, Thriving, which hosts events and workshops that help women gather in community and thrive. LIFT has been recognized in the media and draws women from all over in community and unity.
