FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value our customers and their time, just as we value our own. We take pride in our work and always strive to do the job right — with quality, care, and honesty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak with the customer to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Then we inspect the project, discuss the details, provide an estimate, and agree on the scope of work. We keep the customer informed throughout the project and make sure the work is completed professionally and to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and painting. My experience includes interior and exterior painting, staining, trim work, siding, fascia repairs, and general home improvement. I have developed my skills through years of practical work, working with different materials, tools, and project requirements
