He is a great communicator who frequently asks questions and discusses his plans for completing work. He is very knowledgeable regarding a broad spectrum of construction industry subjects. He is always looking for the best and most economical way to meet iUBC requirements. He is great at finding the best way to remedy problems with Electrical, Plumbing, Structural Integrity and Ergonomics. His knowledge of materials and construction products is amazing. But foremost he is willing to take the dime to do it right the first time!
