Nick was great and very professional. He was quick to respond to my many questions, easy to communicate with and very patient with my choices. I'm very pleased with the work and my old-new hardwood floors look absolutely stunning. He and his team did a fantastic job and I would definitely hire them again for future jobs!

Did excellent work on The project there were minor repairs to be made once he was completed with the first portion of the project but had no problems coming back out and taking care of them! They do their part to make sure satisfaction is achieved! Would definitely use them again on my next project!

We have standard pricing but the great thing about us being a flooring store is we can adjust pricing on product and services to match a customer's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with a new customer is to tell them everything up front so there is no guessing and they know step by step what we will be doing and would need from them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 18 years of hands on training in not only hardwood but all flooring in general.
