We had a small drain clog in our kitchen and needed it cleared before we left on vacation. Zoom Drain was able to get us on the schedule quickly and resolved our issue so that we were able to leave without stressing about the plumbing on vacation. There was a small mess left, but when I contacted the company, the owner himself reached out to me and assured me that this was not up to the standard his employees were held to, and offered a full refund and assured me it would never happen again. The owner was professional and friendly and obviously cared about his business and his clients. It was overall a very positive and encouraging interaction and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone.

Nothing bad ever happens at a good time! Thats what happened to our shower, it stop draining. I called several plumbing outfits and none of them could get to me on short notice AND a weekend.My wife received a Hometown Values Flyer on her phone which had the contact information for Zoom Plumbing. I thought, why not, gave them a call and had a plumber standing in my shower within 3 hours - problem solved.Price was comparable to most and less than some however what pleased me most was my shower drains well with 30 day warranty and a 10% off coupon should I need them on something else.Zoom Plumbing maybe be the new kids on the block but dont underestimate them for quantity work and reasonable prices.Art - StarPS - GO PACKERS

Must read!! I had a Plugged drain that zoom struggled with and was unable to clear. But were determined to make sure the drain was cleared and running properlate. they came back the next day with different solutions on how to fix and Unclog the blockage and did it successfully. I would use them everyday any day in the future. They did a great job and were pleasant to work with, Connor is Educated on the plumbing system. Great job boys!
