We had a blockage in our main drain that backed up our master toilet and shower as well as the drain for our washer in the laundry room. We were referred to Zoom Drain by another friend who is also a plumber and knew that Todd and his team were the most qualified for the job. I was told that he's an expert and honest in how he does business. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from the first call, to them being able to get out the same day, to the technician, Brody, not only solving or minor crisis but doing so in the most professional manner. If you have a drain issue, give them a call!

Have yet to utilize their services but I admire and appreciate the transparency as well Todd reaching out with helpful information. It tells me he cares about the community. I also appreciate how casual he was, didn't make me feel pressured at all.
