We have a standard menu at our location on 9990 W State St. For catering every need is different, and we customize every catering commitment that best suits our customers needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a consultation to get a good understanding and give our customers a chance try some of the core menu to create the perfect selections for your catering needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of Experience in the BBQ business and catering. I have a culinary background and been in customer service most of my life.
