I have medium computer experience, but every once in a while I get in over my head. I downloaded a bad driver and couldn't get past the windows trouble shooting menu. I tried using the windows start-up download on my external hard drive, and both booting from Disk and USB wouldn't work. Normally I use ABI computers but they have long wait times, and I needed something quick. After reading negative reviews on a few other businesses in Nampa I came across thumbtack.
Sean at Integrity Computer Systems replied quickly to my request, quoted me an hourly rate, an estimated amount of time it would take, and his procedures if it took more or less time. What caught my attention was his "about us" page on mspickard.com. I found him friendly, knowledgeable and feel that he exceeded my expectations in skills and customer service. I know every situation is different but I am ecstatic that I didn't lose any of my files. I would definitely recommend, and use his services in the future.

Sean has been our IT guy for about 8 years or so. He's like the computer cavalry! He is knowledgeable, reliable, attentive and fast! He has fixed problems for us by remote, and has attended to every problem we have ever had with our computers which we use for our business and personal. Truly, Sean has been a godsend to us!
