- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our craftsmen are independent contractors and bid their own projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A profile is made on new customers and the CSR asks enough questions about the projects, so a craftsman who is skilled and qualified with that scope of work, can estimate the project. The customer is confirmed by email, a confirmation call by the CSR the day before and by the CM prior to their arrival. A email will arrive 4-hours upon arrival of the CM with their picture for safety purposes. Many of the projects can be finished at the time of the quote or a follow-up appointment will be made for a DO WORK assignment.
