Alex was super cool and very helpful. He got the job done efficiently despite it pouring rain outside. I couldn’t have asked for the job to have been done better and I definitely recommend him!

Alex showed on time and got right to work. Even though the job took more time than he expected, he worked right up to job completion without a complaint. I hired him again for a second job on the spot.

was absolutely phenomenal.. His inspection report left no room for error with the detail that was included. This was our first time using Perfect Home Inspections and will definitely use them in the future for other home purchases. If you are looking for an inspector that's going to be personable, genuine with reporting, and punctual I would recommend you give Alex your business.

Alex is an excellent handy- man! I hired him for closest remodeling and I’m so pleased with his work quality and the final product. I highly recommend him. He is also a certified home inspector, and member of the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors.
