- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remodel projects usually I will give a set price. Just flooring and wall tile sqft price. Then any Handyman services, I will charge $70 an hour at a minimum 2 hrs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with them about their needs and wants, also creating a safe environment for them and their families. Then explain to them the scope of work and what they will need to complete that work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
