- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tile setting, I bid all jobs either over the phone (very small jobs if you can provide photos) or on site. I can usually get a bid done within 1-2 days of seeing your project site. If it's a general contracting job, it will take closer to a week or two to get all the numbers together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle used to pick me up from school and I would do his grouting for him. I've been in the tile trade since I was six years old and it's in my blood. Growing up in the trade, I learned a lot of lessons about working and about quality. I love to keep doing this because I'm very good at it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Backsplashes, custom showers, heated floors.
