FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The system that we have for pricing is simple in some aspects yet gets complicated when you add older homes and storm windows. There is also a major difference in pricing out residential clients as apposed to commercial. With residential the going rate for cleaning a window pane is approximately $2.25 to $3.75. This is for an inside and outside cleaning and can include the tracks, sills, frames, and screens. Outside only ranges from $1.25 to $2. For commercial window cleaning rates run cheaper because they are maintained on a regular basis. The cost for a typical commercial window job range from $.75 per pane to $2 for exterior only and $1.50 to $3 for inside and outside cleanings.

We clean windows for Colliers International. The two building that we are particularly proud of are the C.W. Moore Plaza building and University Plaza. Two of the largest and nicest building in Boise. We also service the entire Northwest Nazarene University Campus in Nampa Idaho. We are now doing Orchard Partners buildings. This contains the Syringa bank headquarters as well as the Idaho Public Television building that can be seen from the highway coming into downtown Boise. Our favorite building that we enjoy the most is the lodge at Tamarack, Idaho. This was a challenge that we initially overcame in order to secure the contract with the resort. We maintenanced the entire resort until the resort was shelfed. We now maintain only the lodge.
