Max is the best. Super friendly and professional. He was able to test the issue and replace my ice maker on his the first visit. He asks the right questions up front, which makes the entire experience more efficient. He is very knowledgable on all appliances should we need him in the future. Not to mention, he's an all around good guy and father. I will be referring him to friends and clients in the future.
