- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fence pricing varies depending on type of fence, height of fence, how many gates, how big the gates are, what type of ground we are digging in. The list goes on so the best thing would be to have us come out and give you a free estimate and if you need help we are there to give you professional advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we could set up an appointment to meet at the installation location. From there I typically talk with the customer to get an idea of what they have in mind. Usually its pretty clean cut but sometimes I can tell if we need to change something due to obstacles or just the landscape and I will bring that to their attention. Then I will take measurements of where they wanted to install the fence and give them a price based on those dimensions and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Installing fences was a summer job for me as a high school student. Once school was over I decided to keep with it and developed my craft over the last 10 years working for some of the largest fence companies in the area. Now this past year I have taken it a step further and branched out to my own company.
