Shirley did the most amazing massage. You walk out a new person. She focused on a certain parts of my problem area and it helped diffuse the other areas. It is like a realignment. Best massage ever and I highly recommend her😊Nov 10, 2016Verified

Shirley is a very intuitive body worker! She found the places that were the source of my shoulder and neck pain and healed places I didn't even know were issues. I absolutely loved her massage! She took the time to listen to my concerns and wait for my body to respond before working on me. One if the BEST massages I have ever had! Thank you Shirley!Dec 2, 2016

We've been going to Shirley for the last several years. Shirley has a special touch that melts away our aches and pains. We've been to other massage therapists, but none compare to her magical technique.Mar 21, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening carefully and compassionately to what their specific needs and symptoms are. Finding out what their daily life routines are and how they may relate to their symptoms. Following up with table assessment, mapping out related myofascial trigger points. This allows them to notice where they are holding tension in areas previously not realized and how each area relates to the whole.Letting them know once we begin they can give feedback to their comfort level throughout massage with a scale of 1-10. During interview I also inform them of post massage procedures to assure as best as possible to flush toxins released and gentle stretches and exercises to reacquaint the mind/body with what may be a dramatic shift from tension to more youthful, supple body.
