- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union carpenter for 6 years, so I have my Osha 10 certs, I've had extensive training in on the job training, for pretty much every trade there is just about, everything from concrete doing heavy bridge and highway, to rough framing, some structural steel, I've built schools, custom homes from 1,500 sqft all the up to 22,000 sqft, I've built remodels from room remodels to 6,000 sqft commercial retros, I've operated heavy equipment working for the city doing all the underground for the water district, I'm very diverse in the construction world I've been in it now for almost 30 years
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
a friend when i was about 16 years old got me a job fraiming custom homes, i really enjoyed getting paid to workout and get a tan, so it stuck
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
really shop around, find that professional that grabs your attention and clicks with you, and always check out their work, you don't want to be doing a remodel and half way through you find out the professional wasn't much of a pro,
