Had Lee Custom Homes build a shop with optional living quarters on upper level. Don't even consider hiring this contractor if you expect any kind communication, timeliness or follow-thru. Project slated for 90-120 days took 6 months (with much pain throughout entire process). Cracks found in all building walls 2 months after completion. Still waiting for repair 4 months after report of issue. Wish we could elaborate in more detail on our experience to warn others. Beware!
