- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deep cleaning and one-time cleaning are always going to cost more hourly than light (regularly scheduled) cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to determine the needs of the customer, and prioritize cleaning. I usually rotate on the deeper cleaning also, if they are a re-occuring customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
just researching cleaning products with my vendors. I am certified on the new global chemical data training. (GHS Standards and SDS sheets).
