Very nice and helpful tree service. They were very helpful in deciding How much to trim off my younger trees to make them fill out more and make nicely shaped trees. Also to cut one down because it grew faster and bigger than I thought it would, it was a very messy tree. Very thing was cleaned up very well and Tracy showed me how to prune some new plants and what to trim on a newly planted Rose of Sharon tree. Thank you very much for your help and the cost was something I could pay for on a limited budget,

I had two trees trimmed. One of the trees was quit large with lots of dead limbs. Alpine Tree service did an excellent job. They are Very knowledgeable and professional. They cleanup the area after trimming the trees so well you couldn't even tell they had been there other than the trees were trimmed beautifully,like they had been sculptured. They made additional recommendations on how to care for my trees. There price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that was required. I would use these folks again & I would recommend them to my family & friends. I can't say enough good things about there customers service and there quality of work. Family owned business nice to see in this day & age. Wished I'd taken before & after pictures to show what a great job they did. THANK YOU!

We could understand if we had provided you with less than stellar work but as this is not the case we don't understand why you have chosen to bring our otherwise good ratings on Thumbtack down with your one star review. We would very much hope that you would reconsider based on the fact that Thumbtack reviews should be utilized for services rendered...not bids that you may find uncompetitive. We are not sure which companies provided you with lower bids...perhaps they are not companies with 2 International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists with over 25 years of experience in the Tree Maintenance field. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Because no two trees are identical we do not have a standard pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with new clients and discuss the job requirements & specifications. We understand that our clients sometimes lead busy & hectic lives so we can also arrange to look at a job and discus the particulars over the phone if necessary. There are a lot of variables involved in the trimming and removal of trees, no two trees are exactly the same, therefore we really like to see the trees before providing our clients with estimates. In doing so the estimate you receive will be fair & accurate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Christian and Tracy have been International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists for 20 years. ISA Certified Arborists are individuals who have achieved a level of knowledge in the art & science of tree care through experience and by passing a comprehensive examination developed by some of the nation's leading experts on tree care & must continue their education to maintain their certification.
