- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Because no two trees are identical we do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with new clients and discuss the job requirements & specifications. We understand that our clients sometimes lead busy & hectic lives so we can also arrange to look at a job and discus the particulars over the phone if necessary. There are a lot of variables involved in the trimming and removal of trees, no two trees are exactly the same, therefore we really like to see the trees before providing our clients with estimates. In doing so the estimate you receive will be fair & accurate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Christian and Tracy have been International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists for 20 years. ISA Certified Arborists are individuals who have achieved a level of knowledge in the art & science of tree care through experience and by passing a comprehensive examination developed by some of the nation's leading experts on tree care & must continue their education to maintain their certification.
