FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than welcome to come out and take a look at what's going on and we can chat about what your problem is. When it comes to heating and conditioning units it varies from problem to problem. When I do start to work I work for $65 an hour which is much lower than my competitors. I'm an honest man and don't believe in over pricing others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well it starts here! Step one done. The next step is sending me a message with any questions you may have. Then we can set a time that I can come take a look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in this profession coming up on 40 years. I know these machines very well.
