Chris helped plan and build a 20x30 covered outdoor entertaining area for us. The project included a concrete slab, footing-replacing screw piles to support the posts, and a corrugated metal roof. There were many challenges along the way, including a terrible concrete job by a subcontractor. Chris attempted to get the subcontractor to make it right, but when he wouldnt, Chris stepped up and got a new contractor to come and put in a great slab for us without forcing us to take the financial hit. It was a bit of a learning experience for both of us, however Chris had a great vision of how the project would come together and was able to bring in about. Some additional challenges were material shortage, miscalculations, or adjustments based on roof requirements. In all cases, Chris was able to make things right. One of the challenges of the build was winter weather and business demands causing delays in project completion timing but to our relief Chris didnt leave us hanging and made time to complete our project come spring. Overall, I was impressed with Chriss open communication with us and ownership of the project. We're very happy with the outcome! Chris did an amazing job.
