Look no further. Jace will take care of your project. He made quick work of my garage heater installation at a price that was more than agreeable. He is quick to respond and more than reasonable with his rates. With Jace you’ll always tell your friends in need, “I know a guy”!
Highly recommend Jace! Our company uses him to fix, repair and assemble reclining lift chairs for our elderly and disabled customers. Jace always does a great job and our customers have wonderful things to say about him. We look forward to working with him again.

Jace is a nice, honest hard working man. I called many people today but none answered as promptly as he did. And he changed his schedule for me because he heard my voice of urgency for this faucet leak! He listens, discusses the project
above all he tells you what he can do, but if he does not know he will find a solution. I recommend him because Honesty, and friendly people are very hard to find these days ! I gave Jace 5 stars because he deserves that, and in future if I need a hand he will be the man.
Thank you Jace!

I had Jace build me a fence and do some lighting for me after the Storms we had blew it down. The quality of his work is immaculate, my neighbors have all expressed how great it looks not to mention he completed the job in just two days. I would highly recommend Jace to do any kind of electrical or carpentry work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I truly will try to give you the lowest possible price that I can. I’m not here to make a million dollars, I like doing things for others! On that same note in order to provide you with what you want it takes time and money to accumulate the tools and knowledge to perform your dreams as safe, precise, and as quick as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to start with a phone call, one, to introduce myself and start a solid relationship with my customers and also, to get any other details about the task in order to find out material and duration of the job. I then travel to the on site location where we get a full visual scope of what needs to be completed. And for me to provide you with the lowest possible price. I understand life hits everyone differently and I am willing to work with you if needed. All I ask in return is if the task calls for much more than you can afford at the time please understand that I may not be able to accept the job. I truly enjoy helping other people but unfortunately that won’t keep me in business. So I try to let as much money stay in your wallet as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a valid journeyman’s license in 3 separate states, ( not California ) I recently moved here and am in the process of obtaining my California state certification.
I have my OSHA 30
I am CPR certified
Hydrogen sulfide trained
Fall protection trained
Hilti actuated powder certified
I am certified on many pieces of heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, trenches, ditch-witch, fork lifts etc…
my employee has an EPA license ( HVAC Technician ) for all refrigeration and A/C appliances
