For someone who is somewhat knowledgeable about IT in the area of OSes, software and most that are involved, the questions here about what do I like about working with Advanced Networks seem far too inadequate with just one shot - number of stars and no more; but I will rate those under Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality with the 5 stars that denote Excellent in all ways on your site. Beyond this, I can't really put in words what makes this more than just a cut above the ratings. It is what one would describe perhaps, as an experience we sometimes read about as being 'an experience one can never forget'. That said, it is because of the human, real life person that makes it so. I appreciate everything he did for me when it is not expected nor required of him - one of which is putting the computer unit back where I had it because it is heavy for me. Donald is greatly skilled, easy to communicate with, listens and responds to what's relevant and much more, in terms of helpful, much appreciated knowledge imparted, in my case, to a hardware noobie. The jobs required were done speedily involving having to go look for and purchase some parts I needed. The expected working results were immediate without even having to do any extensive checking as soon as the computer booted up. Donald even saved me time to configure the new HDD he had put in for me. Bottom line and in short, I myself would certainly have future jobs taken care of only by Donald Anderson at Advanced Networks, and certainly recommend him highly for fellow customers looking for help.

I was in the process of building my first ever gaming pc. After assembling all the components I couldn’t get the pc to boot at all. I tried numerous times to disassemble and reassemble but nothing was working and I was getting very frustrated.
I contacted them and they were at my house within 2 hours. They did have to take the pc for a couple weeks while testing and assembling correctly but they also encouraged me to add a few extra components that I hadn’t considered to boost the performance. They were also very friendly and walked me through all the steps and answered any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if anything were to go wrong again. Very professional and excellent quality of work.

We have a one hour minimum. We bill in 15min increments after the first hour. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military and Tribal Members. 🪶
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer and get acquainted with them and their problem/needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with a minor in accounting and over 30 years of both practical and technical experience. I began programming on a TRS-80 in 1982 using Basic 1.0. I've been involved with technology ever since.
I have Networking and technical certifications dating all the way back to Netware and Lantastic in the late 1980's and 1990's to Microsoft and Apple today. I am the inventor / founder and developer of the Computers 4 Tots training program for children and young adults. I am also an experienced Audio Engineer.
