I was in the process of building my first ever gaming pc. After assembling all the components I couldn’t get the pc to boot at all. I tried numerous times to disassemble and reassemble but nothing was working and I was getting very frustrated. I contacted them and they were at my house within 2 hours. They did have to take the pc for a couple weeks while testing and assembling correctly but they also encouraged me to add a few extra components that I hadn’t considered to boost the performance. They were also very friendly and walked me through all the steps and answered any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if anything were to go wrong again. Very professional and excellent quality of work.

We have a one hour minimum. We bill in 15min increments after the first hour. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military and Tribal Members. 🪶
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer and get acquainted with them and their problem/needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with a minor in accounting and over 30 years of both practical and technical experience. I began programming on a TRS-80 in 1982 using Basic 1.0. I've been involved with technology ever since. I have Networking and technical certifications dating all the way back to Netware and Lantastic in the late 1980's and 1990's to Microsoft and Apple today. I am the inventor / founder and developer of the Computers 4 Tots training program for children and young adults. I am also an experienced Audio Engineer.
