I called One Call in the morning and they were at my house early that afternoon. After checking out the situation in my crawl space, they determined the issue was a minor mildew issue, not mold. And the fix was a plumbing issue, not something they can address. So they recommended a plumber and left. No charge for their time. How great is that! And an indication of their trustworthiness. If I ever need restoration I will definitely call them.

Working with One Call Restoration was such a relief. Darius was very up front about the cost and thoroughly explained the procedure. He came right out to walk through the attic, and also walked me through what he found, and how the crew would work it. When I returned after the job, the house was as clean as when we left it after a full day of work. I can't say how much I appreciate the attention that went into their work.

OneCallRestore performed mold remediation for our entire attic. OneCallRestore was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they explained the process thoroughly. They completely masked off our living space and provided negative air pressure in the attic to keep mold spores outside of living area.
