Our prices are based on the scope of work. The best estimate comes from viewing the property and talking with the owner or manager.

We usually meet at the property to discuss job and budgets. Then we create a customized plan for the client.

Our history comes from working in medical offices and learning how beneficial a clean environment is. We continually do product research for the safest most effective products. Our post construction cleaning has ranged from a small house to large commercial buildings.
