Donald was a down to earth guy, has lots of experience, fixed my PC by really looking into it and finding the root cause,the tech support for PC told me to just buy new parts (of course), it was a relief I didn't have to do that thanks to Donald. Donald was the only person to respond when we needed help with our internet, and we were so grateful. He saved us time and money. Cable One said we needed to replace our existing cable. Donald did a speed test and looked things over and said everything was fine and why spend the money on something we didn't need to have done. His work installing my security cameras was phenomenal and without a doubt the best. He helped me pick the best spots to mount my cameras so i had the most effective coverage with the system i have. He was Extremely punctual, And let me know when he was on his way. Communication was Excellent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a one hour minimum. We bill in 15min increments after the first hour. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military and Tribal Members. 🪶
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer and get acquainted with them and their problem/needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with a minor in accounting and over 30 years of both practical and technical experience. I began programming on a TRS-80 in 1982 using Basic 1.0. I've been involved with technology ever since. I have Networking and technical certifications dating all the way back to Netware and Lantastic in the late 1980's and 1990's to Microsoft and Apple today. I am the inventor / founder and developer of the Computers 4 Tots training program for children and young adults. I am also an experienced Audio Engineer.
