I believe in providing honest, transparent service with no pressure and no hidden fees. For home buyers, my services are typically paid through the transaction, meaning there is often no direct cost to the buyer. For sellers, I offer customized marketing and listing strategies based on the property, location, and individual goals. I provide free consultations and take the time to understand each client's needs before recommending a course of action. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating from California to Idaho, investing in real estate, or preparing to sell, my goal is to help you make informed decisions and have a smooth experience from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a free consultation to learn about your goals, timeline, and specific needs. Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or relocating, I take the time to understand your situation and answer any questions you may have. For buyers, I help identify suitable neighborhoods and properties, discuss financing options if needed, schedule showings, and guide you through negotiations, inspections, and closing. For sellers, I provide a market analysis, discuss pricing and marketing strategies, coordinate photography and property preparation, and guide you through the listing, negotiation, and closing process. Throughout the transaction, I focus on clear communication, education, and helping my clients make informed decisions every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years of experience in real estate, property management, and real estate investing. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and a licensed Realtor with Boise Premier Real Estate in Idaho, serving buyers, sellers, and investors in both markets. My education and professional training include an Associate Degree in Business Administration, an Associate Degree in Real Estate, Professional Property Management Certification, and specialized training in short sales and REO (bank-owned) properties. I also complete ongoing continuing education to stay current with industry practices, contracts, and real estate laws. In addition to my formal education and certifications, much of my expertise comes from nearly two decades of hands-on experience helping clients buy, sell, lease, manage, and invest in residential real estate in California. This practical experience allows me to provide clients with real-world guidance tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.
