Miguel’s been taking care of our rental property in Palo Alto, CA, for several years. I cannot be happier/more satisfied with his services. He’s as good as I’ve hoped for as a property managing professional concerned. Miguel’s detail oriented well defined and systemized managing processes make things very clear for both us as landlord and our tenants.
He communicates crystal clearly even in a difficult situations. He’s prompt and fair in dealing with and solving issues/problems, which gives us sound confidence and peace of mind. And his very reasonable fixed monthly fee is a cherry on top of the cream!
