I inquired about a service early in the morning and Mark came out to complete a free estimate within the hour. He gave me 3 repair options and estimates, all that seemed reasonable in price. He also provided me with the best advice considering my finances. He also noticed another problem and brought to my attention and reasonably priced it. He returned later in the day and completed the repair. Never had that happen before. Very impressed.

So I had reached out to them about a month back with roof maintenance questions (and because I had a pesky leak). They usually do repairs once they come out, so I decided to wait to get other estimates. When the great rainwaters of 072018 hit and other leaks showed up, I was desperate. I reached out to some of the people I had prior contacted with the hopes that they might fit me in this week! Within an hr, Mark called back and said he might be able to do it this very night! So I had him come out, he took pictures, showed me the issues and got to work. He had to take a break because of the aforementioned rain, but he was soon done, and even texted me pictures of the problem area. He also fixed a couple other areas that had popped nails. (And gave me some future maintenance recommendations). The icing on the cake is that they take credit/debit cards and his estimate was exactly what I owed. He noticed a vent pipe that had gotten disconnected and he also fixed that for me AFTER I paid him. I was quite impressed. All that's left is to see if there's any subsequent leaking. I hope not! #fingerscrossed UPDATE: I still had leaks this morning and I reached out to Mark. He was super responsive in scheduling out a time to come out on Thursday (since no rain) to take a look
