We spend the time necessary to provide our clients with the information they need, based on thier own idea of what they want. Then they decide. Likewise, we spend the time necessary to perform the work in a precise and efficient manner. These habits have satisfied numerous clients, and will be our benchmark for years to come.
Taking an old "warn out" house, and finding its potential. This can be challenging at times, as some of the homes we work on are 100+ years old. I have learned that it is often the older homes that hold the most potential, pose the greatest challenges, and therefore offer the greatest reward. We can always find the potential!

My wife and I received bids from four contractors and decided to award our project to Metcalf Exteriors because we were impressed with Jeff Metcalf. He asked questions about what we wanted and showed us what he had to offer. The deciding factor for us is that Jeff is an Idaho native and lives in Owyhee County so we knew he knows how to work. Jeff transformed our home by installing new siding, fascia and soffit. My wife and I appreciate Jeff's attention to every detail. We found Jeff to be respectful of our space and we are very happy with his work. Before finishing our project, our neighbors were impressed enough to hire Jeff to fix their place up too. If you hire Metcalf Exterior Enhancements for your project it will be money well spent.

I have worked with Jeff @ Metcalf Exterior Enhancements on several large projects at my home. Each time has proven to be a great experience. Not only is the work quality excellent, but it has always been completed on schedule & as agreed. The job site is always left clean & orderly. Jeff uses a great attention to detail & always makes sure I know all the options available to me. He's very patient & easy to get along with. You never feel high pressured & I appreciate his honesty.
