Introduction: I do custom design for residential and commercial building projects in all phases of working drawings, site investigation and site observation of building construction. I specialize in planning, design, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and project management from conception to completion. I've worked on various types of projects, including schools, churches, commercial and residential buildings and restoration of various existing structures. My background includes understanding and drafting of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings. I have over 18 years of experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel. I have an understanding and application of International Building Codes and ANSI Standards.
