I started learning and getting passionate about woodworking at my dad's shop. I learned a lot from him throughout the years. Later on, I had a chance to work with some of the best companies in Boston and Los Angeles. Thought out my career, I've learned by doing. Later o was able to integrate traditional woodworking techniques and contemporary designs.

I invited this gentleman into my home he looked around and we exchanged a few texts and emails back and forth to include a quote. I had a few follow up questions which were answered not in a particularly timely manner, which was a red flag. Trust me we are ALL busy. I finally did reach him and he said sorry I had to go and help fix another job. Another concern for me. He then said he would follow up on another specific day and that never happened. Another red flag. Despite all of that I was still interested in starting the job. I have left several messages. Both VM and Text. No response whatsoever. Communication is the key for me and there was none. It is a direct reflection on someone’s confidence, ability, and over all customer satisfaction. I would not use Max Woodworks there is way too much competition. I was trying to help the small business owner and “buy local” but not here.
