I should know better as I usually contact a company if I’m unhappy with their service before I write a review to fairly let them reply and or fix the problem.
So this is the review update. The company was timely and looked into the charge I felt was overcharged and refunded over 1/2 to me when the owner agreed the charge was more than it should have been. They then repaired the one thing that wasn’t working quite right in less than 3 minutes. So I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work and I will be using them in the future for future electrical needs. It’s rare in this day and age when a company actually cares and does the right thing. I’m so impressed by how Chad the owner handled this and turned me into a forever client!! Thank you so much Chad!

Joshua came out same day (on a Friday night, too!) and fixed what we needed fixed. I feel confident things were done correctly and now have nothing to worry about. He was super friendly, professional and worked fast to get it done. We also discovered our mutual love for Wendy’s Frosty’s. I had electricitywired to a shed which included digging a 15-20' long trench, from main breaker to shed and connecting a subpanel and several interior and exterior wall outlets. The work included a City permit and inspection. Also, Joshua was able to get the work done over a two-day period by himself. I appreciate Mr. Electric's hardwork on this project.

Mr. Electric offers upfront, flat rate pricing as a quote, NOT AN ESTIMATE, THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE CHANGED, so there are no surprises on your final bill. We apply attractive discounts for military/first responders and seniors. Ask us about our whole home electrical safety check, which we offer complimentary to every customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm scheduling availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll respect your home using floor mats and boot covers to keep from tracking or damaging your floor. We also ensure all other surfaces are protected from tools by using a cushioned tool mat. Lastly, our service comes with a 100% workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty to provide peace of mind after we've completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having a Master Electrician on staff, all our Service Professionals undergo continuous education and safety training. This means you get a Service Professional who will protect your property by working safely and ensuring its code compliant.
