- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing system. We charge a flat service call fee for the first hour, then we bill in 15 minute increments after that. Parts and water care products are added as needed. We offer competitive pricing on replacement parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Every year we take manufacturer classes sponsored by our suppliers. We also go to International Pool and Spa shows every year or two. I have also taken several design classes through the Genesis 3 Program- I would like to take more of these!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my early twenties, I was living the ski bum life in Sun Valley. I went to work for a property manager cleaning pools one Summer and here I am 25 years later!
