John (Treasure Valley Appliance Repair) responded quickly to our request for service, came to the house during the noon hour to assess the issue then ordered the necessary part by phone and came back to the house at 5:30 p.m. to install it and test its performance. Best appliance service experience I've ever had.

Range/Stovetop Repair ~ John was great from the start. He promptly responded to our repair request, which we placed late Saturday evening. He was here first thing Monday morning, well within the timeframe he had set. He had to look at several different possible causes for our particular (and probably kind of unusual problem), to discover what was wrong. He swapped out several different parts, but once he found the problem, he put our original good parts back in, and only replaced and charged us for the parts we really needed. He is professional, quick and well trained. He is honest, ethical and we felt the cost of the repair was very reasonable. We will surely keep John Dwonch of Treasure Valley Appliance Repair on our (very) short list of technicians/repairmen.

Our dishwasher was leaking. John ran a partial cycle to see the leak and then dug in to fix the problem.
He clearly knew his stuff. I would highly recommend him to others in need of repair work on household appliances.
He was in and out in an hour and we now have our dishwasher operating like new again.
