- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We bring the showroom to you. We’ll meet at your home or business with carpet samples, learn about your space, style, performance needs, and budget, and help you narrow down the right options. We professionally measure the project and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we order your materials, coordinate professional installation, and manage the project through the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 70 years of combined flooring experience to every project, including more than 20 years of experience helping customers select the right carpet and decades of hands-on installation experience. That combination of product knowledge and installation expertise helps us recommend carpet based not only on how it looks, but how it will actually perform in your space.
