The work Angie completed for me was done conscientiously. My cleaning had been neglected for a long time so it wasn't an easy job for her. She's pleasant to work with.

I rent a couple of apartments and she handles the process of getting them ready to put back up for rent like the cleaning, making the necessary repairs. She does it in a reasonable amount of time. And charges a fair rate for the quality of work.

She was an hour and half late and at one hour late, we texted her to let her know that we needed to cancel because she was so late. She showed up anyway and stood on the doorstep and texted to insist on us letting her in to do the job. She then kept sending text messages berating us to let her in. Her profile said she was in the valley which was 10 minutes away, but she was really in Moscow, ID. When she was on the porch she started texting from a new phone #, which didn't make sense.

my base rate is $40 an hour plus fees, if you book a repeat visit you get 5% off

I have over 15 years in the professional cleaning field, of course that was working for other people but now I own my own business I also have over 18 years customer service experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was tired of working in fast food Hardly making ends meet. I didn't have many other skills that could I could earn money with so when my friend told me how much I could make cleaning for a living I decided to give it a try
