I include a personal touch and care about the people I work for. My reputation and customers satisfaction is my highest ptiority. I look for the least expensive, least intrusive way of doing everything. If you're not happy I am not happy. Helping people mostly, of course I have to pay my bills and what I do is expensive... there are tools to buy, insurance, fuel, materials etc. otherwise I would work for free! :-) It gives me a certain satisfaction to take something that is broken and repair it to a better than new condition. I am very creative and I love it when a customer gives me the room to be artistic an innovative in my approach. The coolest thing though is to get "inside" a customer's mind and see the mental image they have of the completed project; then exceed their expectations and see the smile of satisfaction on their face when I am finished! I just like to make people happy. :-)

Lonnie contacted me within minutes of the posting, came out the next day to quote the job, then built us three 6ft cedar fence gates & installed a new kitchen sink. All within a few short days. I didn't expect it to be done near as quickly! We'll be hiring Lonnie again later this spring for some landscaping projects. He is fair, honest, and friendly.

Lonnie came to install a washer drain (retrofit). It was a tight fit in the existing plumbing, but he knew just what to do and got 'er done. The washer wasn't delivered until a couple days later. It turned out that some modifications were needed to Lonnie's work, and I had a tenant starting to live there on the 6th, so he came out on EASTER SUNDAY(!) and made the changes! What we would do differently? Wait until the washer was delivered so we'd know exactly what we needed. Thanks, Lonnie - great job, and attitude!

Lonnie fixed a leaking bathroom faucet at my home. He arrived on time and had it fixed quickly even with a three year old at his heels. Price was as quoted and I'd definitely use the Force again!

Lonnie adjusted & cleaned my sliding patio door. We spoke on the phone and set the time he would do the job. He arrived and completed the job at the time and price we agreed on. I will use him again if I need a handyman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my fees on $35.00 per hr. Plus materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation to start then a face to face meeting where we discuss the project in detail and I get to know the customers standards and expectations. Many times customers have had a negative experience with another provider and need assurance that their needs will be met or exceeeded. I am about establishing long term relationships not just getting the money and running. I want to come back year after year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I live on YouTube there is so much info on there. Actual training courses for things that I haven't encountered before. Plus I have a list of friends in different fields who advise me and vice a versa.
