Asa was able to troubleshoot an extremely complicated electrical issue that started 14 years ago with careless wiring from our builder, so a bit like a needle in a haystack to find the issue. I normally take care of 98% of household problems, fixes, etc. but this one really put my brain in a twist, but Asa figured it out fairly quickly and will be coming back soon for the actual repair. Also, I was a bit of an ass due to some stressful stuff going on in my life, but Asa dealt with my crappy attitude very professionally, and was courteous in spite of myself. Five stars!
