I have come to see Jeff many times for chronic pain that was kind of all over my body but originated in my stomach and back area. It was severe. For awhile I was seeing him twice a week to get some of my tight muscles “unstuck”. I had a good amount of improvements. My quads were loosening up and some of the tightness in my abdomen-related to a possibly injured psoas(which can cause back pain as well)-was getting better as well. Jeff was always professionally and had fair prices. He’s not just good at his job but he genuinely cares about helping you get healing. The only thing I would want more of is to have my body worked on as a whole instead of just individual areas (Though with myofascial release it’s difficult because each area takes time)and a little more assistance on ideas about what could be going on inside myself. I would highly recommend Jeff—way above just a massage therapist. And my feedback would be to have different types of bodywork done along with myofascial release to give a more wholistic massage that works with the body as a whole! Jeff is great! Thanks!

I was impressed by the professionalism and respectful with which I was treated. Jeff and staff are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I noticed how much better I felt after the first visit. I also have TMJ and that has improved considerably. The staff is welcoming, friendly and fun.

I suffered from debilitating migraines for years. After my sessions with Jeff my migraines occur only occasionally now. I highly recommend him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Webb Center Wellness we have unique pain pattern protocols that find and release deep distorted fascia without the deep discomfort that is normally associated with it. Our hour session starts with a quick assessment and 45 minutes of hands on myofascial release. There is aso an optional 20 minutes in a high tech massage chair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Something our clients should know is that no matter what the original source of your discomfort may be, the myofascia( muscle and fascia holding our body together) responds to pain or irritants by contracting with tension and putting pressure on sensitive structures. Eventually it can cause an inflammatory process that lays down cross fibers(scar tissue forming adhesions) holding the tissues in that shortened state of contraction. This inflammatory causing cycle often causes more discomfort than the original source of pain. If your original source is chronic like arthritis or a bone on bone knee joint, then long gating the soft tissue around them may hold with relief until the inflammation causes them to eventually contract again. In short, we can assist with your recovery or chronic pain management.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did core classes at BSU and graduated from EastWest College of the healing arts in Portland, Oregon 1991. Continued education courses last 29 years.
