The folks at ServiceMaster were great to work with. We had a flood last year, ServiceMaster was to our house the day we called them and got to work quickly. We had issues with insurance which took months to resolve, the people at ServiceMaster were very understanding and patient. Highly recommend.

10 days ago we experienced our first water damage event to our home. The damage was widespread affecting a number of rooms and hallways. As others in this situation will attest, this is quite a disappointing, emotionally challenging, and life-disrupting event. Despite this, the remediation team from ServiceMaster - Nampa has been absolutely fantastic. From Andrew, our Remediation Manager, to Garrett and Kaden, the primary Remediation Team members on site throughout the process, our experience was exceptional. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and personable, they explained the process and kept us up to date, their daily communication and promptness was refreshing, they accommodated our living requirements, and made us feel like valued customers. It’s apparent that they are experts in their field of work and in the services they provide. We highly recommend them!
