We had a water softener installed and a toilet replaced yesterday, and I can’t say enough good things about this experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and treated our home with great respect—wearing booties inside and cleaning up completely before they left. That level of care really stood out.
What impressed me most was the customer service. Even after the install, when I had a question, the owner called me back within a minute to walk me through everything. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days.
They also went above and beyond by fixing a small sink issue I mentioned while they were here, which was such a nice surprise. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent.
Ethan was our technician and did an amazing job, and Zach, the owner, was equally outstanding with his follow-up and support.
