- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving the customers information we give a bid based on the size and pitch of the roof. We look at the customers roof online so we can give a written quote through our system. After we arrive the roof is inspected and the service you requested is performed. If anything is seen that need attention I will inform the customer and see how they would like to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience on all types of roofs from cleaning to repair even roof replacement.
