I've been in the construction industry my entire life. I've owned a flooring/tile business here in the valley for 14 years.I've wanted to get into home inspections for years and felt like now was the right time. I changed my business name, but im still licensed and insured for flooring and now home inspections. I completed my schooling through interNACHI, the number one school in the country for home inspections, and the only one federally recognized by the department of education. With my knowledge and experience in the industry, I know what to look for. I'm not just going down a list. I'm confident and smart, a great communicator, and I use state of the art software that's easy to read and understand. Feel free to give me a call and get an accurate and fair inspection. Jeff was thorough with his inspection. My realtor said she had never seen such a complete report before. He answered all my question, even those that didn't pertain to the inspection. He completed the inspection on a home I am buying and will have him do a pre-inspection on the home I'm selling. I would highly recommend Jeff.

I had a new construction and needed an inspection to make sure the builder wasn’t cutting corners. Jeff was fantastic, finding all the items the builder’s inspector would have likely missed. His extensive background with flooring was also helpful with finding defects that others wouldn’t notice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
check credentials, make sure you're hiring someone who has been around the industry and has an understanding of how houses are built and the process of doing it. No offense but I think some guys in this industry we're flipping burgers before and not really sure what to look for.
