In the last 35 years, literally thousands of dogs and cats have passed through my hands. My passion for dogs and my kennel remain the driving force in my life. It has been an interesting and fulfilling career, and my knowledge and wisdom about everything "dog" has increased with each passing year. I thank you Pocatello for trusting me with your precious dogs all of these years. I have taken care of dogs of all breeds and ages. Some of my fondest memories are of taking care of a "Best in Show" winner and some of the Pocatello Police drug dogs, but the thing I appreciate most and am thankful for everyday are the people that started out as customers and gradually became friends, and trusted me enough to share the details of their lives. I have loved the stories you have felt comfortable to share with me about your families, lives and your dogs. I love this business because of you! What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell anyone looking for a boarding or grooming service to go and visit the kennel and talk to the people who will be taking care of your dog or cat. It is important to me that my customers feel comfortable leaving their pets with me. I know it is hard to trust someone you don't know with your much loved animal. I realize that trust has to be earned and I want you to be able to trust my judgement when I am caring for your dog or cat while they are being boarding or groomed.
