We were selling our home of 16 years and has accumulated a lot of stuff. I interviewed several staggers on Thumbtack. Kathy met with my wife and provided a comprehensive look into what we would need to do to prepare the home for sale. Needless to say by the time I had gotten home my wife has taken it on herself to start decluttering. The home look bare. Kathy came in a few days later and after a full day of staging my wife and I came home and were simply amazed at the results. Two days later we listed the home and had an open house. After 2 days we had a full price offer. I believe had we not worked with Kathy to stage the home we may have gotten less then full price and it may have taken longer to sell. I would and have highly recommended Kathy to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kathy came to stage my house when I was at work, when I walked into my home at the end of the day I didn't recognize the place! My home looked amazing! Kathy used my furniture and brought in several beautiful pieces of her own. The way she arranged my furniture in my living rooms showed how much potential these rooms had. The master bedroom was decorated so beautifully. She made it look like a peaceful retreat. I called all my friend to come see my newly decorated home, several of them asked if Kathy would come decorate their home, they aren't moving, they just wanted her magical touch. When my realtor walked in she was stunned, her first comment "I have seen so many homes staged but this is amazing! You win the prize for the best staged home I have ever seen". You will not be disappointed with Kathy, her professionalism, her sense of style and her knowledge of what makes a home sell. Kathy was a joy to work with!

She interviewed me as we walked through our home and had an uncanny ability to comprehend our life flow and design style and bring elements in that made living more comfortable and functional while decorating with tasteful ease. She also accommodated our needs in a very timely manner and followed-up with attentive care. Our home sold in a very timely manner. We had 17 showings the first 3 days and had 3 offers in on day 1. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not every room needs to be Staged for a home to sell quickly. First impressions are critical. Usually by Staging the Entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom and bath the home will showcase beautifully. Other rooms usually just need to be cleaned up, and decluttered. But the potential of the home needs to show in the main living areas.
